Ace Saw Service P/L utilizes the best German CNC and NC Saw and knife sharpening machines such as Volmer, Gockel, Schmidt Tempo and Deckel Tool and Cutter Grinders along with precision Japanese CNC surface grinders and British Cylindrical grinders to sharpen and/or regrind your saw blade, guillotine, circular knife, router-bit, drill and/or cutters etc to their original specifications.

Sharpening and Grinding capabilities: Circular saw blade manufacture, repair, re-tipping and sharpening (TCT and normal) up to 1140mm diameter, including panel saws, mill and firewood saws, aluminium (non- ferrous) and metal (ferrous) cutting saw blades.

HSS (High speed steel) circular metal cutting saw blade sharpening up to 500mm Dia.

Segmental (HSS) saw repaired and sharpened.

Knife grinding, paper & metal guillotines, mitre blades, HSS planer blades, shear and chipper blades up to 4300mm+ and 300mm wide, guillotine and thicknesser (planner) blades made to sample.

Supply and sharpen commercial bread slicing machine blades.

Bandsaw sharpening up to 100mm wide.

Handsaws and large X-cut 2-man handsaws sharpened and recut.

Precision Rotary Surface Grinding up to 720mm for circular slitter discs, mincer plates and props, circular knives and normal and step circular surface grinding.

Circular knives sharpened and bevelled to 1600mm+.

Tool and Cutter grinding includes (but is not limited to) end mills, rota broaches, router bits, hole saws, drills to 3"dia, auger drills sharpened (and/or fitted with TCT Tips), reamers (all types), perforating and circular knives (sharpened and manufactured), punch and dies, guillotine blades, profile cutter heads, shaper cutters, thread chasers and taps, mortise chains, trenching heads, stump grinding cutting inserts, etc.

Steel circular slitting discs OD grind up to 450mm Dia.

Chain Saw and Outdoor power equipment (all brands) full in-house servicing, repairs, rebuilds and chain sharpening. All Chain saw chains sales, sharpened and repairing including 3/4" pitch harvester chains and long bar pack cutting and slabbing machine full-chisel rip skip-tooth chains.

We can resharpen almost any tool or item that has a cutting edge.
